the time is now

I am grateful for my husband Eric and how we work together.

I am grateful for my health.

I am grateful I was able to attend a conference & learn more about integrative medicine for cancer care.   

I am grateful for my friends who took the time to listen to me when I needed an ear.

I am grateful for where I have been and how far I have gone.
